With the introduction of our CH2 tester three years ago we expanded the capabilities of our popular CH+ high-voltage harness tester by adding key features such as the ability to test up to 20,000 points, real vs. total current, voltage ramp, and more.

CH2 XHV - 1500VAC Test System

The new CH2 xHV Option allows you to set a DWV current leakage threshold of up to 5mA (real) and 22mA (total) current. When used with xHV scanners you can now test up to 1500VAC. The extended leakage current settings allow you to test more capacitive assemblies than before. Cable capacitance increases with length, so this means you can now test much longer cables than was possible before with the CH2 tester.

CH2 XHV Palm Safety Switches

XHV Palm Safety Switch
The XHV Palm Safety Switches are connected to the XHV system via a 25-pin D-Sub connector to the safety switches connection on the back of the unit. This set includes 2 palm interlock safety devices and one E-Stop Safety Switch. Part Number PLM-XHV

CH2 - Energization Box

External Power (Energization) Module for powering relays and other devices. The Cirris' "e-module" or External Power Energization module allows you to provide external power to points in your device under test. You can energize relays, power lamps, and make other tests that require external power to be provided.
  • Energization Points: 160 - 800 Points (in 160 pt. increments)
  • Max Current: 1 AMP
  • Fixed Voltage Supplies: 5, 12, 15, 24 & 48 Volts.
  • Agilent Variable Supply: 0 to 60 Volts.

CH2 - Custom Instructions

The Custom Instructions is an add-in set of test instructions that can be used with the CH2 in order to expand the capability of the tester. With custom instructions you can integrate external meters, such as a Keithley 2400 or Agilent 34410A series, to make high accuracy measurements using those instruments. You can integrate a variable power supply when using the Energization Module, allowing you to select different voltages for different applications in the same test program. Custom Instructions open up a whole new world of applications using the CH2 tester.
  • Test: Transzorbs, Zener Diodes, Gas Discharge Tubes etc.
  • Test Relays: Single Coil, Multi Coil, Pull-in-voltages, Drop-out-voltages etc.
  • Test Light/Indicators: Single Lamp to 60V, Multi Lamps up to 60V
  • Test Leakage Current: Diodes, Transistors, MOSFET's, Integrated Circuits, etc.
  • Highly Accurate Voltage or Current Measurements: With integrated Keithley 2400 series meter.
 


CH2 - Adapter Panel System
