Cable/Harness Testing Made Easy.

Many of you use the IPC/WHMA Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire harness Assemblies (A-620) as part of your quality process. As with most things, change is constant. Check out our newsletter this month, which gives a sneak peek at the proposed changes relating to electrical testing. If you are not using the A-620 spec this may give you a reason to check it out.

If you have any questions or comments, call us at 1-800-441-9910.

Best Regards,
Kevin Denning
President

The A-620-A standard (2006 version) is being revised. Currently these changes are in committee and we outline the proposed changes to the electrical testing section of the standard to clarify some issues. You have the opportunity to see what the proposed changes are and weigh-in if you have issues. We have included a link to IPC showing you how to contact them to influence future changes. We have also included links to several of our previous newsletters with application notes and helpful information related to the proposed changes.
